La Pasta name is closely associated with Italy because Pasta in translation from the Italian language means “macaroni”. One of the secrets of TM La Pasta is unique raw materials – flinty wheat (durum), which is not grown in Ukraine, because this type of wheat requires special conditions and climate.
Macaroni from durum wheat contains more vegetable protein, no fat, carbohydrates — complex, which means that they are broken down more slowly in the body, and are not deposited in problem areas. Due to all these positive qualities macaroni from durum is recommended as a dietary food. In addition, they are rich in fiber of vegetable origin, vitamins B and E, as well as in beneficial mineral elements.
Durum macaroni cannot be cooked less than 8 minutes, and 4 minutes are sufficient for soft ones.
